Here's the router acting as a NTP client:

ntp authentication-key 88 md5 <password>
ntp authenticate
ntp trusted-key 88
ntp clock-period 17180115
ntp update-calendar
ntp peer 206.209.143.17 key 88 prefer

Here's the router acting as the NTP source for all other routers. It uses a pa
ir of Stratum 1 sources for its clock:

ntp authentication-key 88 md5 <password>
ntp authenticate
ntp trusted-key 88
ntp clock-period 17180843
ntp update-calendar
ntp server <NTP Time Source #1 IP address> prefer
ntp server <NTP Time Source #2 IP address>
