I believe, when you are using LANE on ATM i/f on Catalyst switch, you can
bind an ELAN with a VLAN using the "lane client" interface configuration
command as follows:

        lane client ethernet <VLAN id> <ELAN name>

This command has worked for me when I used it on a Cat2820 ATM module.
