Just an add-on to the Earl's comment, make sure ospf is not being
redistributed into other protocols. Deleting OSPF will remove the
"redistribute ospf # " statement from other routing processes.
I normally like to copy all processess to notepad and paste it twice.
First copy will install all the processes and second will install the
redistribution. Try it out, it worked great for me.

process and pasting the config back would do it. If all of your interfaces are
meant to run OSPF and in the same area, you could do a 'network 0.0.0.0 255.25
5.255.255 area #' and you could quickly get OSPF running again.
