SNMP MIB view parameters reference

Who knows where I can find on CCO or the Cisco CD the reference towards
the following MIB statements.

snmp-server view MIB-view iso included
snmp-server view MIB-view ipRouteEntry excluded (routing table)
snmp-server view MIB-view ipNetToMediaEntry excluded (arp table)

ie. If I want to hide my ARP table for a snmp request I use the command
"snmp-server view MIB-view ipNetToMediaEntry excluded"
But there is no reference point at the cisco documentation where the
relation is made between ipNetToMediaEntry and ARP table.
