I have been to Wichita State Univ practice lab a couple of
months ago. If you want to know the lab layout (rack, patch
panel...etc) and equipment list in the real exam, WSU's lab
is as close as you can get.
$500 per day, you get 5-6 routers, Cat5K, ISDN plus LS1010
for ATM stuff (not sure they have VoIP now?!) by yourself.
They'll provides you lab scenarios which keep you busy the
whole day.
The lab manager and assistance are very friendly and always
there to answer your questions.
It really depend on your level. If you're a strong CCIE candidate,
just need a couple of days to enhance some areas, the practice lab
is for you. If your employer will pay more and you're expecting an
intructor-led, intensive, 5-day 8 am - 8 pm training, you might
want to look at Caslow's ECP I.
