puzzling ospf demand-circuit problem

   Hi all,
   
   I've configured ospf demand circuit between 2 routers which are also
   connected via token ring and are in the same area (area 0)....I'm not
   doing any kind of redistribution.
   My problem is that the circuit does not stay down..it comes up at
   irregular intervals (4-10mins) for no apparent reason. There are no
   external routes and no redistribution is taking place.
   Any one have any idea what's going on?
