Do a "show ip bgp a.b.c.d", where a.b.c.d is the network in
question. Look to see if the next hop is inaccessible. Odds are you need
to use next-hop-self. If that's not the situation, please resend the
e-mail with the pertinent show commands and I'll take a look (I'm studying
BGP right now and that darn next-hop-self is always a gotcha...).
