No, you do not want to do this, split horizon is only disabled on multipoint
NBMA interfaces !

I know that the golden rule on NBMA networks is to disable split-horizon, I
know the value on hub / and or multipoint interfaces, but can anyone tell me
why you would want to disable it on the spoke routers if your using frame
point-to-point interfaces on them?
Interface Serial0
no ip address
encapsulation frame-relay
!
interface serial0.1 point-to-point
ipx network 234
no ipx split-horizon eigrp 234
frame-relay interface-dlci 302
!
ipx router eigrp 234
network 234
!
ipx router rip
no network 234
!
