Access list to deny ping

   Well, if your pinging from r1 to r3, then you should put the
   access-list on r2, i dont think the router will filter packets sourced
   from itself. Second, it shouldnt be allowing any traffic through
   because of the implicit deny at the end.
   Also, if your filtering outbound packets, then just filter out the
   echo, the echo-reply will be inbound and wont get filtered with what
   you have.
