Appletalk zip-reply-filter

Hey group,
I was wondering if we can use the "appletalk zip-reply-filter..." command on
an interface if that interface and the neighbor on that interface are
running appletalk eigrp..

I tried this and still could not get the appletalk zip-reply-filter to
filter out a specific route being handed out to the neighbor. Is this
because, when we run appletalk eigrp there are no periodic zip-requests. I
know this would work in case of appletalk rtmp.

Hence I am using distribute-list 600 out for the same purpose.
