 Might want to check the archives as I posted a solution for this.
But anyway the problem is that that the cat5k only does aal5snap bridging
mode so the 4500 has to be configured the same.
 So use bridge-group on the atm interface and use IRB.
Remove add from atm interface and move to IRB.
