Finding ATM LECS through well-known PVC

   I know the LEC can find the LECS through configured address,
   well-known address, ILMI, or well-known PVC 0/17.
   I've found out how to configure everything else, except the well-known
   PVC.
   Do you just configure a PVC under the main interface? I tried that in
   the Caslow class last week, but couldn't get it to work. Does the ATM
   switch need to have something configured for that to work?
   I couldn't find anything on CCO.
