I would change to configure as follows:
add at the global level:
source-bridge ring-group 200
bridge 1 protocol ieee

interface TokenRing0
no ip address
ring-speed 16
source-bridge active 100 1 200
source-bridge spanning 1
multiring all

interface TokenRing1
no ip address
ring-speed 16
source-bridge active 300 1 200
source-bridge spanning 1
multiring all
