I noticed that the debug output is looking for a dialer map
for the r2 host during your debugging session. You will notice that
the r2 is in lower case but the dialer map string has the hostname in
uppercase. The hostname is case-sensitive in a lot of the previous
version of the IOS along with the password.
Suggestion is to make sure the hostname is using the same case as the
dialer map command. Trying using Hostname R2 and R3 on each router to
match the dialer map command and see if this works for you.
