Fred,

Did you test your config? I doubt if it works. From CD, it said that

1) dlsw peer-on-demand
A peer-on-demand peer is a non-configured remote-peer that was connected
because of an LLC2 session established through
a Border Peer DLSw+ network.

2) dlsw prom-peer-defaults
A prom-peer is a peer not configured as a remote-peer on this DLSw+ device,
but which initiated a peer connection which
was accepted because promiscuous peering was enabled.

But from the second command, I couldn't find the option to apply port-list.
So my guess is if u use border peer, it should work. Let me know if I am
wrong.
