I have worked it out. Say your assigned number is 12345678. The command "dialer
 pool-member 1 max-link 1
" is the key. I think it can insure the caller not to answer the call from itse
lf.

Hope this helps,

Regards,
Wu

R2's configuration:
interface BRI0/0
 no ip address
 encapsulation ppp
 dialer pool-member 1 max-link 1
 isdn switch-type basic-net3
!
interface Dialer1
 ip address 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.252
 encapsulation ppp
 dialer remote-name R4
 dialer idle-timeout 30
 dialer string 12345678
 dialer pool 1
 dialer-group 1
 ppp authentication pap callin
 ppp pap sent-username R2 password R2
!

R4's configuration:
interface BRI0/0
 no ip address

 dialer pool-member 1 max-link 1
 isdn switch-type basic-net3
!
interface Dialer1
 ip address 192.168.0.2 255.255.255.252
