Hi,

I have a Cat 5000 RSM with a VIP2 card. I have installed a 4-port serial
module and a 1-port ATM OC3 SMI module.

Currently the RSM is running IOS 11.3, and does not support or detect the
1-port ATM OC3 module. The release notes say you need IOS 12.0(2) or
higher, and I upgraded the image to RSM Enterprise/IPSec56 12.0(7)T. Now
neither modules are detected at all. In the buffered log, I get some PCI
bus errors.

I am not so familiar with this 7000 series platform hardware, and I believe
a microcode upgrade may be required?

Any ideas at all on this?
