It used to be that way, but it was changed back in September, 2000 for ISP Dial
and Wan Switching. The R&S requirement has been the same for everyone since
June 1999.
For Design, SNA/IP, and (I assume) Security, the requirements have been the sam
e for both Cisco employees and all other candidates....
