NLI's CCIE Boot Camp Practice Lab SubscriptionŠ These have been
registered with the Library of Congress.

Our CCIE Boot Camp Lab Subscriptions are licensed to an individual user.
They can't be resold or have the price shared in any way.

This was made clear when they were purchased. If you weren't comfortable
with the agreement then you shouldn't have bought them.

It has always been our policy to continuously add new labs for our
subscription customers at no extra charge. This is because you are
buying the equivalent of software maintenance. As the lab changes we
upgrade our material. This is a lifetime subscription. For most people
it only applies until they pass, but some will continue to work through
the new material to keep their skills sharp.

If you feel we misled you in some way before your purchase please give
us a call to discuss.

Please refrain from this illegal activity.

Thanks,

Marc Russell

Well thats fine by me if the courts say it binding then its binding
thats the law of the land.
But the courts do allow you to sell that software on providing you
remove it from your PC first and do not keep a copy for yourself.

An interesting argument. One agrees to honor the license when one opens
the
bootcamp package. Same as one agrees to a license when one opens
software
shrink wrap. The courts have ruled this is a binding contract.

But it is an interesting argument.

Yes I know thats what it says when you get the labs but can he honestly
do
that.
Is that not like you buying a Chevy car and then not being able to
resell it
when you want to get a Ford.

I dont know man I loved the labs from bootcamp they helped me get
through
the lab but I thought it was a free country.
I understand not being able to copy the labs and sell the copies but
surerly
you can sell the originals I mean were not in Russia are we?

Isn't the bootcamp labs intellectual properties of Marc's and not to be
re-sold?
