help for callback on windows 2000 profes

Hi,all

   These days i am being frustrated by a callback problem.
   Before i upgrade my o.s. from windows 98 to Windows 2000 professional, my ca
llback function works very well,but now it does't work, the remote ras is cisco
 as5300,who can tell me how to configure as5300 or local windows 2000 professio
nal properly to function the callback?
   What's more, my modem is xircom cardbus ethernet 100 + modem 56.
