Ensure you leave the install directory to C:\CISCO - don't try changing it..

I am trying to get the Cisco Doc CD (July 2000) to work on Win2K Pro.
I have tried looking at the Groupstudy archives, even tried the step that
Cisco has given

But it still doesnt work. Could someone please help me.
