Yep. This is a good idea - to bring down the wait time!!
What happens to the maximum 2 years of passing time from the date of taking
the exam? Say if someone gets 19 points and is having less
than 6 months to complete the 2 yr wait period? He has to retake the
written?
By the way is it 2 yrs or 3 yrs? what is the time-frame that forces one to
retake the written?
