The practice lab says: 4 ATM routers are connected via ATM cloud. config ATM
PVC so that IP & IPX connectivity is established. I'm looking at somebody's
config who did this lab. But I think the config has some extra line that an
not needed. Please comment:

atm esi-address 111111111111.03 <- This should not be requried for
PVC (it is SVC requirement)

pvc mgt 0/16 ilmi <- Not sure why you'd type this in for PVC
