No. R2 acts as "transit" router for tcp/ip packets that incapsulate
dlsw traffic. So, you need to configure only one dlsw remote-peer on
both R1 and R3 (in case of you have LAN2 connected to R3, cause from
your diagram it is not clear)
DLSW - is a transport method to propagate LAN traffic through WAN
interfaces and nothing more :-) So, you are out of "standard" features
like Inverse ARP. DLSW+ uses Capability Exchange procedure to know
about configured features on remote peers.
