hi all,
        A little help is needed here, the online swap program is asking for:
-Test ID : ------------ ??
- Test score : ------------ ??

 one thing more, after i fill this data, what's gonna be? how can i choose
the other dates to swap to, or how can i confirm this swapping?
any ideas?
