You need to have a dialer map for the route you are watching.

add:

dialer map ip 10.2.2.0 255.255.255.0 name r2 broadcast 53511676

to your config ( you can keep the original map as well), and
then this will work. I don't know if this is how things should be,
but from expereience (12.0.17) this is how you have to get it to work.
