SWITCH: Diffrence between set cam and set arp

Hai everyone,

Can someone tell me the difference between

"set cam" and
"set arp"
commands.

The way I see is first one is for traffic traversing the switch. And second
one is for the switch so that switch does not have to arp for the ip address
covered by this command. Can these be related any way.

Please comment.
