i dont think you can accept a min amount of prefixes from a neighbor -- are you
saying that if you get 99 routes then you don't accept any? what if you get
another later, do you then accept them all? what if you get 100 then later you
get a withdrawl, do you drop them all?
...if there is a way, it must be a trick or a new feat???

you CAN accept a max, ~= "neig x.x.x.x max N"
