Also, is OSPF what you are running as your routing protocol? Snapshot routing
is as far as I know and according to info posted on Cisco's website is only
for these protocols:
     RIP & IGRP for IP
     RTMP for Appletalk
     RIP & SAP for IPX
     RTP for Vines
A dialer map snapshot statement is definitely missing from your config on the
snapshot client side, i.e., the config that you included
