Responsibilities:
" Provide on-site pre-sales and 3rd level post-sales support for the Sale
s team
" Perform site surveys to determine customer equipment and software requi
rements
" Assist in rolling out new products and services to the our customer bas
e
" Provide expert guidance to our customers to improve the performance of
their network
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
" 7+ years in data networking, 5+ years in BGP network deployment and equ
ipment configuration, with good experience in complex network configurations
" Strong operational background using BGP in a multi-provider environment
" Hands-on experience with Juniper or Cisco routers.
" Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
" BSEE/BSCS preferred
