I just wanted to say thanks to everybody on the list that took a moment to
help. I swapped the proms as suggested and it is working perfectly. Now it
will recognize the 16MB of flash that I installed.

It never cease to amaze me how helpful and knowledgeable everyone on this
list and it reminds my why I am pursuing the lofty goal of becoming a CCIE.
