Bill was one of my instructors when I took ECP1. The class was taught by
both Bill and Bruce. Bill is very bright, and you won't be disappointed.
I believe he helped develop some of the curiculum(sp?) of ECP1. Don't be
disappointed whomever you get as an instructor, that class has a very high
standard, and I am sure whomever you have teach you, has got the blessings
of the others they trained beneath.
