I bet if you did a "show ip ospf interface" command it would not show
FastE0/0 in the OSPF process. Change your network statement to either

network 10.10.10.1 0.0.0.0 area 1, network 10.10.10.1 0.0.0.63 area 1, or
network 10.0.0.0 0.255.255.255 area 1

That should fix you right up
