Yes, there is. Rollover indicates a complete swap in pins:
1-8
2-7
3-6
4-5
Crossover indicates a TX-RX cross, which differs, depending on the type of
cable. Ethernet would be:
1-3
2-6
T-1 would be:
1-4
2-5
