Ive got cheap flash for 25xx routers right now:

If you need bootroms, you can get them for free from Cisco, you just have to
pay the S/H charges and it can take a while sometimes. mzmaker was a cool
program back in the day, but now the IOS images are too big to uncompress
into memory after the router loads. flash is so cheap now (vs.
$150-$175/stick 2 years ago), that it just makes more sense to "dish out the
cash, for some flash!"
