FREEK is very handy with the 'backup interface'
command when used on a sub-interface. When the
End-To-End keepalive goes down the backup kicks in
right away which is alot more reliable for backup.
Frame Relay and 'backup interface' isn't very reliable
without the use of FREEK IMHO.

I haven't tested floating static response time with
FREEK but the floating route should take over just as
fast if not a tad bit faster.
