If things don't work out with getting physical access to a lab, you might
want to try www.realrouterlabs.com. They have voice in their rack which you
can test remotely with modems, but you will have to rely on debugs for the
"rings". You shouldn't have a problem getting some rack time in before your
big day, they are pretty good about availability. Good luck.
