According to RFC and Cisco's application, ospf LSA 5 is only summarable on
ASBR. LSA 5 also will flood to all other areas except total stubby, there is
almost no control over it.

However, you can try to use NSSA ASBR to introduce the external routes and
NSSA ABR to sum it using area range. I did not have a chance to test it.
There might be problems with this method because area range might not work
with LSA 7.

I will try it and let you know the result.
