This is not entirely accurate. You can use the send feature to deliver
remote commands in the case of a terminal server that has other devices
connected to it's tty lines via reverse telnet. Text transmitted with the
send feature *from the terminal server only* can be sent to the connected
devices to "push" out a set of common commands.
