Sorta off topic but there is a relatively new route/bridge designed
for ATM/DSL called RBE, ATM route bridge encapsulation. Testing it out
today for a new service and it seems to work!!
On one side I have a 7200 with the route-bridge on the ATM. The ATM
connects thru a Stratacom to an 8110 which only bridges. The 7200 ATM
interface is 20.1.1.1 and the PC hanging off of the 8110 ethernet is
20.1.1.2/30.
