It's my understanding that redistribution involves the whole
routing process, not just the ones that made it into the local routing
table. I would think the whole OSPF database would be valid for
redistribution. Maybe I'm not understanding your question fully?

Is it possible to redistrbute OSPF LSA that are not in the routing
table,because of being suppressed by other routes with higher AD(eg Eigrp),
to IGRP at one router that are running OSPF,EIGRP,IGRP at the same time?
