Hi,

As the LSA database will be the same in all the area. Having a authentication
be link don't really make sens. So you have to do the authentication for all
the router (look at what you are oblige to do with virtual-link).

I don't think you can have two different area on a physical or point-to-multi
interface so you can not have two areas for one hub router in the same physical
interface. Except in the case of secondary address but i don't think it solve
the problem, cause secondary address on OSPF end to be stub network, by the way
no need for authentication.
