I believe the correct answer is 1500. Remember to convert 500 byte packets int
o bits before dividing into the bandwidth, which is in bits per second, not byt
es per second.

So, there are 8 X 500 = 4000 bits in each packet. 6,000,000 / 4,000 = 1500.

I remember this because that lab got me on this too.
