Is ip mobile arp still supported in 12.1 code?

I have some routers running 12.1 that no longer support those commands, but I c
annot figure out if it is the IOS version, router type, or what.

I have other routers running 11.3 that support it fine, but do not support mobi
le ip.

When mobile IP came out did it replace mobile arp & am I wasting my time messin
g with it?
