Hi all, i faced the problem on inject the ospf route to igrp. The senario is li
ke this:
<r2>--|e0-----(igrp)----e0|--<r1>--|e1(eigrp)
(ospf)| |
(ospf)| |
<r3>--e1-(eigrp)
|
|
---
e0(eigrp)
Between r2 & r1 is igrp, between r1's e1 & r3's e1 is eigrp. r3's e0 also runni
ng eigrp. There is another link between r1 & r3 is running ospf. r1 is doing ig
rp/ospf & eigrp/ospf redistribution. Now i want to inject a route which is r3's
e0 network to igrp from ospf. This route appear as a eigrp route on r1 router,
but it has a Type5(external) LSA on the ospf database. Why i can see a type5 L
SA on r1 router, bcoz i do a redistribute connected on r3. All the ip address i
s class B address with /24 mask.
I have tried the summary-address on r1 or r3, but still r1 not able to inject t
he route to r2.
I don't know whether this is a workable topology, bcoz i design the topology my
self.
If this topology is not workable, please let me know. If there is a workaround
for this inject issue, please let me know.
thanks and regards,
lee
