Rizwan,

Configuring ospf on all interfaces and enabling the secondary link as a
backup to the primary should work. Namely, on each of the branch routers
configure:

interface serial 0 (primary to site A)
  backup interface serial 1 (secondary to site B)
  backup load 75 55

This will bring the secondary interface up once the load crosses 75%
threshold and ospf will establish neighbor relationship and install the
secondary link to the server farm in the routing table of the branch router
if the costs will be the same. To achieve that, you should configure the
cost of the primary link twice the cost of the secondary, because the
traffic has to cross two 2M links to reach the server farm through the
secondary link.
