Ok group,

As a Brit we in the uk use basic-net3 and so I have never used SPIDs before.
I have seen lots of information on this subject including this

But my question is this, I am now testing using basic-5ess switch and we
have been given only one SPID.
If we enter no SPID the link seems to work and if enter a SPID we get an
error.
Which solution is the correct?
