Try this:
access-list 900 permit rip AA0.0000.0000.0000 F.ffff.ffff.ffff
access-list 900 permit rip AAF.0000.0000.0000 F.ffff.ffff.ffff
The network part of the mask has been auto-trimmed down from 0000000F. I don't
have the equipment to test it, but I have a similar list disallowing EIGRP IPX
routes with distribute-list in.
