It would be tortured logic to create a tunnel and put it into a
non-backbone area so that you could virtual link across it but stranger
things have been done in this blasted lab:) Simpler would be just to
put the tunnel into area 0 and call it a day. You can use the same
trick to virtual-link across a stub area.
