You don't even "need" a DBA. I'm currently doing an independent
contract for an old client, and they had me fill out a W-9, and sign a
contract. I submit time sheets/invoices every two weeks.
Hope that helps...

Subject: independent contractor
Hello-
This is not exactly a CCIE question. But I think some of you cisco
people might have been an independent contractor before. I also think
the group might be interested in my question and the answer.
In order to be an independent contractor, does anyone know what it is
that you need besides a DBA; "doing business as"?
Thank you.
